Стандарты защиты детей от сексуальной эксплуатации

Мы не допускаем никаких форм сексуального насилия над детьми и их сексуальной эксплуатации (CSAE) и следуем политике Google Play «Стандарты безопасности детей» и законам стран, где доступен сервис.

На этой странице описано, что запрещено, как сообщить о нарушении прямо из приложения и как мы на это реагируем.

1. Что запрещено

Любой контент и любое поведение, которые сексуализируют несовершеннолетних, эксплуатируют их или подвергают опасности, запрещены во всех частях сервиса: в чатах, тредах, звонках, файлах, документах, приложениях из маркетплейса и приложениях, собранных в Билдере. В том числе:

материалы сексуального насилия над детьми (CSAM): любые изображения несовершеннолетних в сексуализированном контексте, включая рисунки и сгенерированные нейросетями изображения;
груминг: установление контакта с несовершеннолетним и завоевание доверия с целью сексуальной эксплуатации, включая просьбы прислать интимные изображения или встретиться;
сексуальный шантаж (секс-торшен): угрозы распространить интимные материалы несовершеннолетнего с целью принуждения;
торговля людьми и содействие сексуальной эксплуатации несовершеннолетних, включая рекламу таких «услуг»;
сексуализированные комментарии, описания и ролевые игры с участием несовершеннолетних;
распространение, запрос или ссылки на что-либо из перечисленного.

2. Возраст пользователей

Сервис предназначен для бизнеса и профессионалов и не ориентирован на детей. Регистрируясь, пользователь подтверждает, что достиг возраста, с которого законодательство его страны позволяет заключать такие соглашения. Если мы узнаём, что аккаунт принадлежит ребёнку, мы закрываем его.

3. Как сообщить о нарушении

У каждого сообщения в приложении есть действие «Пожаловаться» в меню сообщения: наведите курсор на сообщение или нажмите и удерживайте его на телефоне. Любого пользователя можно заблокировать, а владелец чата может удалить участника. Жалобы, связанные с безопасностью детей, рассматриваются в приоритетном порядке.

Можно также написать нам напрямую по контакту ниже. Укажите ссылку на сообщение либо название чата или треда и время события; сам противоправный контент пересылать не нужно.

4. Что мы делаем

Получив жалобу, мы:

оперативно её рассматриваем и удаляем контент, нарушающий эти стандарты;
приостанавливаем или навсегда закрываем причастные аккаунты и при необходимости связанные с ними рабочие пространства;
сохраняем доказательства в объёме, предусмотренном законом, и сообщаем о материалах сексуального насилия над детьми в компетентные органы, включая Национальный центр по делам пропавших и эксплуатируемых детей США (NCMEC) и правоохранительные органы соответствующих стран;
содействуем законным запросам правоохранительных органов.

5. Соответствие законам

Мы соблюдаем законы о защите детей тех стран, где работает сервис, включая Российскую Федерацию, Республику Узбекистан и Европейский союз, и обновляем эти стандарты при изменении законодательства и требований платформ.

Child Safety Standards against sexual abuse and exploitation

pbx.team is a work platform for teams: chats, threads, calls and files are meant for professional communication between adults. We do not tolerate any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and we follow the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and the laws of the countries where the service is available.

This page describes what is prohibited, how to report a violation from inside the app and how we respond.

1. What is prohibited

Any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor is prohibited in every part of the service: chats, threads, calls, files, documents, apps from the marketplace and apps built with the Builder. This includes:

child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any depiction of a minor in a sexualised context, including drawings and AI-generated images;
grooming: contacting a minor and building trust for the purpose of sexual exploitation, including requests for intimate images or meetings;
sextortion: threatening to share intimate material of a minor in order to coerce them;
trafficking or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors, including advertising such “services”;
sexualised comments, descriptions or role-play involving minors;
sharing, requesting or linking to any of the above.

2. Age of users

The service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. By registering, a user confirms that they have reached the age at which the law of their country allows them to enter into such agreements. If we learn that an account belongs to a child, we close it.

3. How to report a violation

Every message in the app has a Report action in its menu: hover over the message, or press and hold it on mobile. Any user can be blocked, and a chat owner can remove a participant. Reports related to child safety are reviewed as a priority.

You can also write to us directly using the contact below. Please include a link to the message or the name of the chat or thread and the time of the event; do not forward the illegal content itself.

4. What we do

When we receive a report, we:

review it promptly and remove the content that violates these standards;
suspend or permanently close the accounts involved and, where necessary, the workspaces connected to them;
preserve the evidence required by law and report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the law enforcement bodies of the relevant countries;
cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

5. Compliance with laws

We comply with the child protection laws of the countries where the service operates, including the Russian Federation, the Republic of Uzbekistan and the European Union, and we update these standards as legislation and platform requirements change.

1. Nima taqiqlangan

yuqoridagilarning har qandayini tarqatish, soʻrash yoki ularga havola berish.

2. Foydalanuvchilarning yoshi

Xizmat biznes va mutaxassislar uchun moʻljallangan va bolalarga qaratilmagan. Roʻyxatdan oʻtar ekan, foydalanuvchi oʻz mamlakati qonunchiligi bunday kelishuvlarni tuzishga ruxsat beradigan yoshga yetganini tasdiqlaydi. Agar akkaunt bolaga tegishli ekanini bilib qolsak, uni yopamiz.

3. Qoidabuzarlik haqida qanday xabar berish

Ilovadagi har bir xabar menyusida «Shikoyat qilish» amali bor: xabar ustiga kursorni olib boring yoki telefonda uni bosib turing. Istalgan foydalanuvchini bloklash mumkin, chat egasi esa ishtirokchini chiqarib yuborishi mumkin. Bolalar xavfsizligiga oid shikoyatlar birinchi navbatda koʻrib chiqiladi.

Quyidagi kontakt orqali bizga toʻgʻridan-toʻgʻri yozishingiz ham mumkin. Xabarga havolani yoki chat/tred nomini va hodisa vaqtini koʻrsating; noqonuniy kontentning oʻzini yuborish shart emas.

4. Biz nima qilamiz

Shikoyat olgach, biz:

uni tezkor koʻrib chiqamiz va ushbu standartlarni buzadigan kontentni oʻchiramiz;
aloqador akkauntlarni va zarur boʻlsa, ular bilan bogʻliq ish maydonlarini vaqtincha toʻxtatamiz yoki butunlay yopamiz;
qonunda nazarda tutilgan hajmda dalillarni saqlaymiz va bolalarga nisbatan jinsiy zoʻravonlik materiallari haqida vakolatli organlarga, shu jumladan AQSHning Yoʻqolgan va ekspluatatsiya qilinayotgan bolalar milliy markaziga (NCMEC) va tegishli mamlakatlarning huquqni muhofaza qiluvchi organlariga xabar beramiz;
huquqni muhofaza qiluvchi organlarning qonuniy soʻrovlariga koʻmaklashamiz.

5. Qonunlarga muvofiqlik

Biz xizmat ishlaydigan mamlakatlar, jumladan Rossiya Federatsiyasi, Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi va Yevropa Ittifoqining bolalarni himoya qilish toʻgʻrisidagi qonunlariga rioya qilamiz hamda qonunchilik va platformalar talablari oʻzgarganda ushbu standartlarni yangilaymiz.

pbx.team est une plateforme de travail pour les équipes : les chats, fils de discussion, appels et fichiers sont destinés à la communication professionnelle entre adultes. Nous ne tolérons aucune forme d’abus ou d’exploitation sexuels d’enfants (CSAE) et nous respectons la politique « Normes de sécurité des enfants » de Google Play ainsi que les lois des pays où le service est disponible.

Cette page décrit ce qui est interdit, comment signaler une infraction directement depuis l’application et comment nous y répondons.

1. Ce qui est interdit

Tout contenu ou comportement qui sexualise, exploite ou met en danger un mineur est interdit dans toutes les parties du service : chats, fils de discussion, appels, fichiers, documents, applications de la marketplace et applications créées avec le Builder. Cela comprend notamment :

le matériel d’abus sexuels d’enfants (CSAM) : toute représentation d’un mineur dans un contexte sexualisé, y compris les dessins et les images générées par IA ;
le grooming : entrer en contact avec un mineur et gagner sa confiance dans un but d’exploitation sexuelle, y compris lui demander des images intimes ou une rencontre ;
la sextorsion : menacer de diffuser du contenu intime d’un mineur pour le contraindre ;
la traite ou la facilitation de l’exploitation sexuelle de mineurs, y compris la publicité de tels « services » ;
les commentaires, descriptions ou jeux de rôle sexualisés impliquant des mineurs ;
le partage, la demande ou le lien vers l’un des éléments ci-dessus.

2. Âge des utilisateurs

Le service s’adresse aux entreprises et aux professionnels et n’est pas destiné aux enfants. En s’inscrivant, l’utilisateur confirme avoir atteint l’âge auquel la loi de son pays lui permet de conclure de tels accords. Si nous apprenons qu’un compte appartient à un enfant, nous le fermons.

3. Comment signaler une infraction

Chaque message de l’application dispose d’une action « Signaler » dans son menu : survolez le message ou maintenez-le appuyé sur mobile. Tout utilisateur peut être bloqué, et le propriétaire d’un chat peut retirer un participant. Les signalements liés à la sécurité des enfants sont traités en priorité.

Vous pouvez également nous écrire directement via le contact ci-dessous. Indiquez le lien vers le message ou le nom du chat ou du fil et l’heure des faits ; ne transférez pas le contenu illicite lui-même.

4. Ce que nous faisons

Lorsque nous recevons un signalement, nous :

l’examinons rapidement et supprimons le contenu qui enfreint ces normes ;
suspendons ou fermons définitivement les comptes concernés et, si nécessaire, les espaces de travail qui leur sont liés ;
conservons les preuves exigées par la loi et signalons le matériel d’abus sexuels d’enfants aux autorités compétentes, y compris le National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) et les services répressifs des pays concernés ;
coopérons aux demandes légales des autorités répressives.

5. Conformité aux lois

Nous respectons les lois sur la protection des enfants des pays où le service est exploité, notamment la Fédération de Russie, la République d’Ouzbékistan et l’Union européenne, et nous mettons ces normes à jour lorsque la législation et les exigences des plateformes évoluent.
